MeraMart strives to offer free and fast delivery to its regular customer, however to prevent misuse and cover basic delivery cost a nominal delivery charge is levied under specific circumstances. These circumstances are bound to change from time to time without any prior notification and may be published in the website and app.

Following terms and conditions will be applicable:

• In case of return, the delivery fee if applied will not be refunded and in case of COD it will be payable.
• If a customer wishes to return any item at the time of delivery and the total cart value goes below the Minimum Order Value, the delivery fee will be applied and payable as per the schedule.
• If we are unable to provide any item because of unavailability and the total value goes below MOV, we will waive off the delivery fee as a gesture of goodwill.
• For any offer/discount/promotion, delivery fee will not be calculated for consideration.
• The schedule above is subject to change from time to time as per internal management decision without any prior notification. The same will be updated and the customers are requested to check the delivery fee before placing an order.
